1. Registration and Access

• Use the Services to compete with WayToLearnX or its affiliates.

• Automate extraction (e.g., scraping) without permission.

• Represent AI-generated content as human-generated.

• Share or resell access credentials or API keys.

(d) Third-Party Services. We are not responsible for third-party software or services you use in conjunction with ours.

3. Content

(a) Ownership. You own your inputs (“Input”). Subject to these Terms, you own the outputs (“Output”) generated by the Services based on your Input. WayToLearnX may use content to operate and improve the Services.

(b) Similar Content. Because of how machine learning works, outputs might be similar for different users.

(c) Improvement Use. We may use content to improve our models. You can opt out by emailing us at [email protected].

4. Fees and Billing

(a) Payment. If applicable, you agree to pay all fees according to our pricing page. Charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

(b) Taxes. Fees do not include taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use.

(c) Changes. We may modify prices with notice. Changes take effect 14 days after notice is provided.

(d) Late Payments. Late payments may incur interest. We may suspend your access for unpaid fees.

(e) Free Tier. Abuse of free credits or multiple accounts may result in suspension or charges.

5. Confidentiality and Security

(a) Confidentiality. You may have access to nonpublic information. You agree not to disclose or misuse it.

(b) Security. You must implement measures to secure your use of our Services.
